How much does C Spire Tech Protection cost?
You can get coverage for just $21.99/mo plus taxes and fees. You’ll see the charge on your C Spire bill each month. There’s no upfront cost to join, and no penalty for canceling. Each device will have a service fee attached to repair or replace it, ranging from $0 to $99.
When does C Spire Tech Protection coverage start?
Your coverage will start 30 days after you enroll in C Spire Tech Protection, but you’ll have access to Norton 360 Deluxe and bolt’s digital tech support from day one. If you cancel at some point, your coverage will still run until the end of that billing cycle.
What types of claims aren’t covered by C Spire Tech Protection?
Only a few things: smartphones, home appliances, loss, theft, intentional damage, and cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect device operation. See bolt for the full details.
How do I file a claim with my C Spire Tech Protection?
To start, just visit protect.boltinsurance.com/cspire and click “File a Claim.” Then, you’ll just enter your claim information, follow the prompts, and submit.
Do I have to register my devices for C Spire Tech Protection coverage?
Nope. You won’t have to tell us about any of your devices until you submit a claim. That means you never have to keep track of which devices you registered or worry about forgetting one.
How many claims can I file with my C Spire Tech Protection?
bolt offers unlimited claims for C Spire Tech Protection customers, covering up to $2,000 per claim and up to $5,000 per rolling 12-month period.
What happens if my device can’t be repaired or replaced?
bolt will replace it with either the same device or a similar kind and quality, with a 90-day warranty included. Replacements are typically new but may be refurbished in some cases. If a device can’t be replaced, you’ll get reimbursed for the current retail value of that device.
What type of replacement will I receive?
Replacement devices are usually new but may be a refurbished model in some cases. If your device’s exact make or model isn’t available, you’ll receive a replacement of like kind and quality, which may be a different color. All replacements also come with a 90-day warranty.
What do I do with my old device after a claim?
You’ll need to turn off “Find My” or other location service settings and send the old device to bolt using the shipping label provided.
Is there a fee for improperly returned devices?
You may be charged a non-return equipment fee if you don’t return your damaged or malfunctioning device. If your device is returned with “Find My” still enabled, you may also see a locked device fee, up to the current retail price of that device.
Is there a long-term contract with C Spire Tech Protection?
You’re free to keep C Spire Tech Protection for as long as you like and cancel anytime by calling us at 855.277.2435. Your coverage will continue until the end of the billing cycle when you cancel.
How do I activate my Norton 360 Deluxe benefits as a Tech Protection Customer?
Tech Protection subscribers will receive a welcome email after signing up. Simply follow the prompts noted in the welcome email to activate your Norton account and take advantage of your Norton 360 Deluxe benefits. If you can't find your welcome email, please visit protect.boltinsurance.com/cspire and log into your Tech Protection account.
