Readers of popular statewide business publication select company’s wireless unit as their category favorite
Jackson, Miss., (September 12, 2019) – The mobile communications unit of C Spire, a diversified telecommunications and technology services company, has been selected as the best in Mississippi by readers of the Mississippi Business Journal, the state’s largest business publication.
C Spire’s wireless unit, which is the nation’s largest privately-owned mobile communications provider, was selected by readers as the best in class over two other finalists — AT&T and Verizon. The company’s information technology unit also was one of three finalists for top honors in that category along with BCI and Pileum Corp.
Newspaper representatives honored C Spire senior executives who manage the consumer wireless communications and information technology units Thursday morning during a special reception and awards breakfast attended by an estimated 120 guests at the Old Capitol Inn in Jackson.
