Immediately after submitting this form, you’ll receive a confirmation at the email address provided. The confirmation will include a ticket number that will be used to track your damage report. Then, within 2-3 business days, you’ll begin receiving a series of emails as we evaluate and work to resolve your issue. These emails will include feedback from the representative working your case and may include requests to contact us if we need to access the damage to your property. If you don’t see any emails from us, please check your email’s spam folder.
Utilities like gas and water mark underground lines with temporary paint or small flags to let us know where they’re located before we begin our work. Please keep these in place during the construction process.
To bring fiber to your neighborhood, we need to place infrastructure in your municipality’s right of way - the area near the street designated by law for services like water, gas, electricity and internet. Some residences will have a handhole (a small access hole) placed near the edge of their yard, which provides our engineers with access to the main fiber optic line in your neighborhood. We work hard to make this process stress-free with as little interruption as possible.
