COLUMBIA TORNADO RECOVERY (2014)
When a tornado caused major damage in Columbia, Miss., on Christmas Eve, our customers and first responders were able to stay connected, with C Spire network teams restoring service that same day despite a damaged tower.
USMC PLANE CRASH RESPONSE (2017)
After a devastating plane crash, the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency turned to C Spire to aid with connecting their Emergency Field Office, and a dedicated internet circuit was installed within 26 hours.
MISSISSIPPI DELTA FLOOD RESPONSE (2018)
From Greenville to Vicksburg, first responders received C Spire service and devices to help them stay connected while rescuing civilians and mitigating damage during the floods.
COVID-19 AID & RESPONSE (2020)

What does data priority do, and who qualifies for it?
At C Spire, we provide priority data access for first responders in the areas of law enforcement, fire rescue and emergency services in most cases on government accounts. This allows registered users’ data to be served first on the C Spire wireless network. Fill out the form above to request data priority on your government wireless account.
Can first responders on consumer accounts get data priority?
If you’re a first responder and need data priority on your consumer wireless account, just have an authorized requester from your public safety entity submit the request form for you. Examples of authorized requesters include the City of Gulfport, Attala County or the Hinds Department of Emergency Management.
