Is there a minimum number of lines to qualify for these plans?
Yes, in order to offer such competitively priced plans, we do require at least five wireless lines on the account, but your business can meet that requirement with any combination of C Spire business Unlimited plans and data only plans.
What if my business needs fewer than five lines?
If your account needs fewer than five lines, be sure to visit your local C Spire store to create your business account or shop our consumer wireless plans. A representative can work with you to help find the best consumer plans and device deals for your business.
What if my business has fewer lines but gets five or more lines later?
Our business wireless plans are designed to grow with your organization and adjust as your needs change. Once your business meets the five-line minimum, you can transfer your current lines to our business plans and add any new lines you need.
Do these plans qualify for device discounts?
While these plans don’t qualify for our consumer device deals, your business lines will be able to get extremely competitive prices on new devices. Fill out our contact form to talk to one of our business representatives about pricing.
How do I set up a business account?

What's the advantage of having a business account?
If your organization qualifies for a business account, you’ll have resources to help you find the best solutions for your business 24/7. You’ll also have easier access to our full suite of business products and pricing not available to consumers.
What if I have issues with one of my devices or need to make plan changes?
You can call our business wireless support team at 855.277.4732 and choose option “1” for wireless assistance. They’ll be able to help you with day-to-day account needs including billing inquiries, upgrades, activations, accessory purchases, troubleshooting and more.
Do business data only plans work for tablets, watches and hotspots?
With C Spire, your business can access a variety of data plans designed to suit your needs and give you the most value. Just note you’ll need a data only plan to connect laptops and mobile hotspots, which will feature a specific amount of data rather than unlimited data. Fill out the contact form to talk to a C Spire representative and get more details.
What other data plan options do you have for watches?
With our shared wearable plan, you can pair your watch with a smartphone and share the phone’s number and data, and a stand-alone wearable plan with 2GB of high-speed data if you would prefer your wearable device to have its own data and mobile number. Please talk to one of our Sales professionals for detailed information.
