Effective December 1, 2021 Team Admins will need to access the Voice Management App through:
My C Spire Business.

Access your personal phone settings like call forwarding, voicemail and password resets.
How it will work for Team Admins.
Once you're signed into My C Spire Business, you'll need to request access
to the updated Voice Management Portal.
You may need to request access for a second time.
STEP 1
Click for the My Apps in the sidebar menu
STEP 2
Under Other Available Apps find Voice Mgmt Portal and click on Learn More
STEP 3
Submit your main phone number to request access, and a C Spire representative will process your request.
How it will work for Team Admins.
Once you're signed into My C Spire Business, you'll need to request access
