User Provisioning	Provision users in a variety of easy ways, including manual entry, CSV upload in Control Hub, or Directory Connector, which syncs users with on-premises AD.
SCIM (System for Cross-Domain Identity Management)	Provision users from any enterprise identity provider that supports SCIM v1 protocol. This allows your administrators to provision and deprovision users instantly.
Active Directory (AD) Synchronization with Directory Connector	Use your software in a virtual machine or bare-metal Windows machine to provision and deprovision users based on a synchronization schedule that meets your requirements. Choose from your AD containers and use Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) filters to select groups of users as a proof of concept and expand to your entire organization when you’re ready.
AD Multi-Domain & Multi-Forest Synchronization with Directory Connector	Use Directory Connector to synchronize your Webex users into the cloud in multiple forests or across multiple domains.
Room Synchronization	Use existing rooms in AD to more easily manage devices such as Webex Boards or schedule meetings, and synchronize rooms to the cloud easily with Directory Connector.
Profile Picture Synchronization	Use Director Connector to sync profile pictures to the cloud, letting users see who they’re inviting to Webex spaces or searching for in the directory. All AD-imported user attributes will be unalterable by end users.
Basic Authentication	Use authentication via username (email) and password to help keep your C Spire Voice with Webex secure.
Password Policy Enforcement	Enhance your password security with a default policy requirement of one uppercase letter, one number, one special character, and at least eight characters total. Plus, filter out common names and words that might be used to strengthen passwords.
SAML 2.0 Federated SSO (Security Assertion Markup Language)	Experience Webex’s support for federated SSO with SAML 2.0 protocol. After the cloud and identity provider exchange metadata to create a circle of trust, all authentication for your Webex users will be redirected to the identity provider, giving you the freedom to define the authentication method that meets your security requirements.
Multifactor Authentication (MFA)	Enable MFA via SAML 2.0 federated SSO across multiple applications through the identity provider to help you reduce cost and increase security.
Authorization (OAuth 2.0)	Allow your Webex users to receive an industry-standard OAuth 2.0 token after authentication with the appropriate scopes for roles, licenses and microservices they’re accessing on the cloud. This also allows your devices, bots and integrations to access the appropriate APIs and microservices to provide more capabilities on Webex.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)	Make sure administrators have access to the right set of features and functions to manage the services their role requires RBAC in Control Hub. Webex supports the following roles: full administrator, user and device administrator, device administrator, read-only administrator, support administrator, and compliance officer.
