Do I need C Spire Mesh WiFi to access parental controls?
As a C Spire Fiber customer, do I have to get C Spire Mesh WiFi?
Not at all. If you’re a C Spire Fiber customer and want to purchase and manage your own WiFi system, you absolutely can do that. Just remember to have your WiFi system on hand at the time of installation if you’d like us to set it up for you. However, choosing C Spire Mesh WiFi does mean we can deliver the best support experience for you, compared to buying your own router that you have to manage, maintain, and replace down the line.
What’s included with a C Spire Mesh WiFi subscription?
A C Spire Mesh WiFi subscription includes two Smart WiFi devices and access to all the features included with HomePass by Plume®, including parental controls, adaptive WiFi, ad blocking, motion detection, IoT threat monitoring, and more.

C Spire Mesh WiFi allows you to set usage limits, filter websites, restrict types of content and freeze WiFi for your children, for specific devices, or even for whole locations, such as your kids’ bedroom.
