How do I add a new line to my C Spire account?

Sign in to your C Spire online account, click "Add a Line" in the top left of your signed in view, choose a device and plan for your new line, and confirm your information at checkout. Then, once you get your new device, you’ll follow the instructions in the box to activate it.

Don’t have a C Spire online account yet? Register for yours now. You can also chat with us online, call us at 833-711-1401, or stop by your local C Spire store if you need help adding your new line.

What info do I need to add a line to my C Spire account?

To add a new line to your C Spire wireless account, you’ll just need to be the account holder and have your cspire.com sign-in information.

Can my new line use a device that I already have?

Sign in to your C Spire online account, click “Upgrade/Add a Line” from the menu, and select “Add a Line.” Then, choose “Bring Your Own Device” to check if your device is compatible with the C Spire network. Once that’s confirmed, you’ll just select a plan for your device and complete your order.

Can I add a watch or tablet to my C Spire account?

Absolutely. Just sign in at cspire.com, find the watch or tablet deal for you, and go to checkout. Note that you’ll need to be on a plan that’s eligible to add a watch or tablet line. Watch and tablet deals are only available if you’re adding a new line unless the deal specifically says otherwise.

Is there a limit to how many lines I can have?

The number of lines you can have on one C Spire wireless account will vary based on a few different factors, such as credit score and how long you’ve been a C Spire customer.

Do I get a discount for adding more lines?

We have multiple wireless plans that help you save more when you add lines. Check out our plans and use the line selector near the top of the page to see how the discount works. Remember, your lines will need to be on the same plan to get the discount.

Can I choose the phone number when I add a line?

When you add your new line, you’ll see the option choose a new phone number or bring your phone number from another carrier. Note that your old carrier may require extra steps to transfer your phone number.

How do I activate my new line once I get my device?

Like all things C Spire wireless, we make activating your line as fast and easy as possible. You’ll find a quick activation guide in the box with your new device. Just follow the steps to get connected.

What should I do if I have trouble while adding a line at cspire.com?

Can I cancel or remove a line later if I change my mind?

If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of activating your service, you can return your equipment at one of our stores to get a refund for device cost and activation fees. Learn more about C Spire’s return policy.

Can I add a line if I haven’t paid off on my current device yet?

Absolutely. You can add more lines even if you’re still paying off other devices on your C Spire wireless account, as long you haven’t reached the maximum line limit.

Do I need to make a down payment to add a line?

Some new device purchases may require a down payment. If the cost of the new device is more than your financing limit, you’ll just pay the remaining balance as a down payment. If the cost is within your financing limit, you can still choose to make a down payment if you want to lower your monthly bill.

How long will it take to get my new device?

All cspire.com orders are eligible for free shipping, with next-day delivery in most cases. You can also check to see if free same-day curbside pickup is available at your local C Spire store during checkout.

Can I add a line to my Prepaid by C Spire account?

Absolutely. We make it easy to add more prepaid lines, with Unlimited plans starting at just $25/mo with AutoPay. You’ll just need to have each line on the same plan as the account holder. Plus, unlike a lot of prepaid carriers, each of your lines will have its own data. No sharing needed.
