How can I qualify for an extra $45 off my wireless plan?
When you bring your own device to C Spire, you can get an additional $45 in bill credits when you activate on one of our plans. Your line needs to remain active to receive credit. Canceling service or missing a payment will lose any future credits.
When will I see the extra $45 off my wireless plan?
You'll receive a $15 credit on your bill during months 2-4, totaling $45 off, after bringing your own device and activating on one of our plans. Your line needs to be active for all four months to receive the full credit. Canceling service or missing a payment will lose any future credits.

Can I have more than one line on my C Spire account?
You can sign into cspire.com and click “Add Line” in your account dashboard. After that, you can activate your phone and start enjoying Unlimited talk, text and data on our nationwide 5G network. For more info on how to add a line visit our Add a Line Page.
How do I transfer my phone number to C Spire?
After you activate your phone, we'll assign you a new phone number. If you want to bring your existing number from another carrier, please call us at 833-711-1401. Here's what you'll need: 1. Your account number from your current wireless carrier. 2. The number transfer PIN or passcode from your current wireless carrier.
How do I unlock my phone from my previous carrier?
The process for unlocking a device can differ a lot from wireless company to wireless company. Find out how to unlock your phone from your old carrier.

BYOD $45 Bill Credit Promotion: Requires BYOD activation on a C Spire compatible device with the purchase of one month of service on eligible prepaid plans. $15 bill credit applied to the account on the 2nd through 4th month of renewal of prepaid service, not to exceed $45 total bill credit. Advertised $10 Unlimited Plan describes 10GB plan after application of promotion bill credit. Eligible plans include $25/mo. 10GB plan with autopay, $40/mo. 30GB plan with autopay, $50/mo. 60GB plan with autopay, and $60/mo. 90 GB plan with autopay. All AutoPay credits require a debit card or bank account to be used as form of payment to receive the full credit amount. If a credit card is used as form of payment the credit received will be half the advertised credit amount. The line must remain active to receive bill credits. Failure to renew service will result in credit forfeiture. Taxes and other fees apply.
All Prepaid plans are on monthly cycles, include unlimited talk, text and picture messaging, and Speed Passes are available for purchase of additional high-speed data. $30 Prepaid plan offers $5 discount for enrollment in AutoPay. AutoPay credit requires a debit card or bank account to be used as form of payment to receive the full $5/mo credit. If a credit card is used as form of payment the credit received will be $2.50/mo. Service charges, credits and payments are not refundable and are not transferable. Network Management: Service and/or service plans may be changed, slowed, suspended, terminated, and/or restricted based upon usage, location, roaming, interference with our network or ability to provide quality service to other users, or for any reason in C Spire's sole discretion. Data usage and service quality varies by device, apps, available network speeds, roaming, file sizes and/or as a result of update settings. Customers must be 18 years of age to activate service in FL, MS, and TN, and 19 years of age to activate service in AL. Your Prepaid service fee includes applicable federal, state, and local taxes and other assessments that C Spire is required by law to collect and remit to the applicable government authority.
