Since joining C Spire in 2008, Craig Jackson has developed a proven track record, first as leader of customer operations areas and now as executive leadership for wireless sales and customer experience. He has utilized a customer-centric, results-oriented approach to strategically grow C Spire's direct and indirect wireless channels, government and business verticals, and customer operations.
Jackson and his team have won national awards for innovative technology solutions, including a first-place award from Service Quality Management (SQM) for best practices and improvements in real-time support processes. He has more than 25 years of experience developing strategy and identifying creative ideas while yielding desired results.
Jackson earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Jackson State University. He is a native of Natchez, Mississippi, and now lives in the Madison, Mississippi, area. Along with his duties at C Spire, Jackson has served his community as a board member for Goodwill Industries of Mississippi and Canopy Children’s Solutions.
