As the General Manager of the Home division, Toby plays a pivotal role, managing this line of business across multiple markets. His deep understanding of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) networks puts him at the forefront in building, operating, and enhancing services to meet customer needs.

His experience in the telecommunications sector is backed by numerous leadership roles. Having founded and successfully managed his own small businesses, Toby brings a unique entrepreneurial perspective to his multi-faceted executive position. Over the course of his career, he’s held key roles in Engineering, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape.

Toby earned his Bachelor's Degree from Louisiana State University.providing him with a strong foundation in his field. Complementing his undergraduate studies, He also holds an MBA from the University of New Orleans, further enriching his strategic acumen and managerial skills.
